Being a part of projects such as a 90-minute delivery service, a Pre-12 New York delivery service as well as sole implementation of a cosmetic compliance department, Lois has developed an agile change management approach towards this continuously challenging retail landscape. Having celebrated their 10-year anniversary Astrid & Miyu (the demi-fine jewellery brand) pride themselves on their cult community. After opening 6 new stores in 2022 including a New York boutique, Lois has joined the brand at its pivotal steep growth trajectory phase. The implementation of systems and processes to support the growth this SME is the primary operational focus for Lois.
